THE PROJECT "MACHINE-BUILDING". PRODUCTION AND ASSEMBLY OF MACHINES IN RUSSIA

All the metal-working equipment produced within the framework of the "Stankostroenie" project is produced under the Russian trade mark "F.O.R.T." - Force, Opportunities, Russian technologies (Power, Opportunities, Russian Technologies).

An impressive production base, rich traditions, access to technology and service capabilities enable the project participants to successfully implement the plan for organizing their own production of machine tools in Russia.
The Annually it is planned to increase production volumes and within a few years to move from a node assembly to the production of equipment that maximally consists of domestic components, ensuring an innovative production of the main line of machine tools.

MAIN AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT "MACHINE-BUILDING" – FULL CYCLE OF PRODUCTION OF EQUIPMENT FOR METAL WORKING IN THE TERRITORY OF RUSSIA
WITH THE USE OF RUSSIAN DEVELOPMENTS.

The start of the project "Organization of assembly and production of metalworking machines in the Russian Federation" (the "Machine-tool building" project) dates back to 2013.

All machines are manufactured using the sets supplied by the leading machine-tool companies of South Korea, Taiwan and Australia with the gradual localization of the manufacture of individual units in Russia.

To date, within the framework of the "Stankostroenie" project in Russia, the casting and processing of stands, the manufacture of basic parts for a number of machine tools, the manufacture of mechanical parts and cabinet protections for the model range of machines "F.O.R.T."

plans and development prospects

The main goal of the "Stankostroenie" project is the production of modern metal-working equipment on the territory of the Russian Federation with the use of innovative Russian developments by actively increasing the share of localization of production.

By 2020, the parties plan to achieve maximum localization in the main popular positions. Thus, all major parts and components of machine tools will be produced in Russia.

For today within the limits of the project "Machine-tool building" in territory of Russia it is made:

  • Mill casting for turning and milling machining centers
  • Machining of lathes for turning and milling machining centers
  • Revolver heads and tool shops for turning and milling machining centers
  • The entire mechanical part for hydroabrasive and plasma cutting plants
  • Manufacture of protective casings, guards, cabinet protectors and chip conveyors
  • All systems are sorted by machine
  • The design documentation was developed, the prototype of the bed for horizontal boring machines was made.
