New double column machining center VF4000 arrive at BPK’s stock.
This precise double column machining center is made of one-piece casting bed which ensures high travel accuracy even at high loadings. Transfer of torque from motor to tool is made by automatic 2 step gear box.
Low gear is used while rough cutting and higher gear is used for finish cutting. Spindle bearings have separate coolant system. For smooth travel of spindle stock weight compensation system is done by 2 hydraulic cylinders with hydraulic accumulators.
