BPK was the official partner of the VII Forum of Regions of Russia with the support of the Federation Council, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, as well as the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. Together with the partners of FSUE «Instrument-making plant" (city Trehgornyi) and FSUE "PA" Mayak "(the city of Ozersk), BPK told about the successes, achievements and prospects "Machine building" project.
Report "The competitiveness of production in Russia on an example of the domestic machine tool industry enterprises" was presented to the audience at the plenary session of the Forum.
Industrial Forum session was also devoted to the issues of domestic machine tool industry.
As part of the presentations, the company summed up the results of joint activities under the project "Machine building" and outlined the prospects for growth and development:
- Expansion of the model range produced;
- Construction and reconstruction of production facilities;
- Work more than 40 R & D, etc.
To date, according to the project "Organization of the assembly and manufacture of metalworking equipment on the territory of Russia" achieved the following steps:
- Established a modern production of cast iron machine beds for turning and milling centers of their own design documents, the relevant Russian TU;
- Today in our production facilities for machining the trails for turning and milling machining centers;
- produce such important components for machines as turret head for lathes and tool shops for milling machining centers;
- Produced the entire mechanical part for waterjet and plasma cutting systems;
- Made guards, fences, protection cabinet and chip conveyors;
- Implemented wiring electrical and hydraulic systems on the machine;
- The design documentation, as well as the prototype of the frame for horizontal boring machines.
- Base department of the St. Petersburg Polytechnic University and BIC - "Design and technological innovation in mechanical engineering" is active.
