The area of production consists of 8500 sq.m with manufacturing capability around 250~300 of vertical lathes annually. The company is going to double its production after second production area is finished in 2012.

The advantage of Yu Shine machines is their casting quality that is paid a big attention to. Yu Shine machines are used in industries that require high rigidity for heavy cutting, cutting with high torque and high-speed cutting as well.

All casting of machine parts are produced of MEEHANITE FC30 under the strict quality control.

Yu Shine uses only Swiss and German equipment for quality testing: 3D coordinate-measuring machine WENZEL (Germany), a granite measuring tools PLANOLITH (Germany), Swiss equipment for measuring the hardness by scale Rockwell VECTRA TOUCH VT600MA Trimos (Switzerland), measuring tool of the height of 2D ( Switzerland), etc.
